Additionally, all metal roofs come with a 40-year warranty, while all shingle roofs come with a 25-year warranty.
Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for building permits, homeowners associations, and covenants as well as ensuring the ground conditions on their property are suitable. Our portable buildings are delivered from the trailer to your yard via a mule (a miniature forklift on flotation tires designed to ensure minimal damage to yards). Travis Metal, Inc. is not responsible for damage to yards, driveways, or underground utilities.
“Free delivery” includes one trip within 40 miles of our location. Extra trips will be subjected to additional charges.
