Customers are responsible for building permits, homeowners associations, and covenants as well as ensuring the ground conditions on their property are suitable. Our portable buildings are delivered from the trailer to your yard via a mule (a miniature forklift on flotation tires designed to ensure minimal damage to yards). Travis Metal, Inc. is not responsible for damage to yards, driveways, or underground utilities.
